Desktop and laptop PCs, Windows, Linux, embedded processors, networking

Sooner or later every piece of computer equipment is going to fail. Computer hard drives can go bad. I have replaced many hard drives in desktop and laptop computers. More on this on the software page.

Routers can stop routing, and cable modems can lose your internet connection. Often all you need to do is unplug them for a few seconds. If it keeps happening, it may be that they have buggy software running in them, and need to be updated, which can often be done in your home.

Desktop computers have other ills, like power supplies that stop working, CPU chips that overheat and run slow, reboot, or freeze up altogether, motherboards that go bad. I have replaced many power supplies and motherboards.

Whatever the issue is, I am happy to help you resolve it.
